So Cold by Breaking Benjamin | | | Slow starter that doesn't really get any faster, just louder...which is not a bad thing! Out of the 3 BB songs, I had the least problems with this one, even though they're all tier 4. That doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it, though! The basic patterns repeat, but they are very slightly varied throughout the whole song. This definitely keeps you engaged and excited to keep playing.
I have a feeling this will be the first one I gold, considering my 99% sightread, but that doesn't mean I'll be playing it any less than the other 2 songs in the pack. Good week for BB + drum fans.

The Diary of Jane by Breaking Benjamin | | | I first want to say that I have been waiting for this song since my friend and I made a custom Guitar Hero on the PS2. The song is really great and it sucked me into a good drum chart. Nothing exceptionally technical, only a few triple note patterns that had me tied up a bit. It's obvious that they simplified the bass pattern, but it still feels natural with the rest of the chart.
This is a very good chart and should be a lot of fun to play again.

I Will Not Bow by Breaking Benjamin | | | Never hearing this song before (other than on Friday when the DLC announcement was made) I didn't know what to expect. Well what I got was a great variation in patterns and a few tricky "combo-killer" areas because a few close double/triple notes combined with an interlaced bass pattern. The chart moves you all over the pads with a nice level of unpredictability.
My first run was just under 5 stars, but once I extend out the streaks the score should be well into the 5 star range. Most seasoned drummers shouldn't have many issues and there aren't any fail points. All in all, it was a lot of fun and I will be playing this often to improve my score.
