Rude Mood by Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble | | | This is, without a doubt the hardest song off of Texas Flood. Testify may be a harder FC, but Rude Mood is infinitely harder to pass on expert (for us non-amazing players) due to lack of readily hittable OD phrases.
So, if you're not amazing, you're going to be playing this on hard. Hard charts of crazy songs usually tend to be far too tame, and unfun. This is not the case here. Rude Mood's hard chart will have to moving up and down the fretboard constantly and keep you engaged the entire time.
So, even if you can't play expert, look at Rude Mood as a very fun and challenging song to play. |

Henrietta by The Fratellis | | | Henrietta s by no means a difficult song, but it is, quite simply, one of the most fun drum charts that I've ever played. The chart throws several really cool, and varied, fills at you that will really trip you up on a sightread. The frequent switching between slow and fast beats is fun. No one likes playing either a slow or fast beat for too long (it's too boring or tiring, respectively).
This is probably the most fun drum song of moderate difficulty out there, and definitely worth picking up. |

Creeping Up The Back Stairs by The Fratellis | | | When I bought The Fratellis 01 Pack, I was expecting Creepin' Up the Backstairs to be the big winner on drums. Maybe that's why I was disappointed when I actually played it. I was very happy on the intro section, which gave me hope for a varied chart featuring some fun stuff. What I got was a ton of Y O RY stuff... a ton of it.
This is certainly a tricky song to play, so if you're looking for harder drum songs, by all means pick it up. If you're looking for more "fun" than difficulty, than you might want to spend your money elsewhere. |

You Got It by Roy Orbison | | | You Got It doesn't feature any particularly difficult sections on vocals. It's a very simple song, but one that is extremely satisfying on vocals. If you need to have a challenge, you're going to have to look elsewhere, but other than that, this must-have for regular vocalists. |

You Got It by Roy Orbison | | | You Got It is a very easy song that most people should have no trouble with FC-ing. Usually easy songs aren't too much fun, but not here. This is a hauntingly beautiful song, and having an easy guitar chart means that you can relax and actually listen to the song. So, because the main appeal here is the song itself, if you don't like this song you should: a) probably skip it and b) check to see if you have a soul. |

In Dreams by Roy Orbison | | | In Dreams is an amazing song to listen to, and right up in the running for the most unique song available for Rock Band. Of course, this doesn't always translate into a fun experience. Luckily for us, this is not an instance of the "great song, boring to play" phenomenon. In Dreams matches its incredibly unique sound with a very unique note chart. While repetitive (really repetitive, in fact), it's still enjoyable just for the fact that you're not going to play anything else like it. |

Oh, Pretty Woman by Roy Orbison | | | "Oh, Pretty Woman" is an amazing song, and one that around 90% of people know. This would seem to make it recommendable, but the guitar chart is fairly boring. When you think of the guitar on this song, you tend to think of the hook. The reason for that is that there's not too much else of interest in the song, just a lot of strumming chords at a steady pace.
Verdict: Probably a great party song, but probably not worth getting if you only play guitar. |

Ooby Dooby by Roy Orbison | | | This is a prime example of a song that's incredibly fun to play, but leaves you wanting more. The solos are fun without being difficult (at all, really). However, the short length really hurts the experience. Ooby Dooby is definitely worth looking into, but it's by no means a "must have." |

Tempted by Squeeze | | | Tempted is a pretty cool song to listen to, but it's not all that fun to play. Playing easy beats is fun on certain songs, but this isn't really one of them. There are a couple faster sections in the song, but nothing that lasts long enough to be interesting or redeem this drum chart. |

Hay Poco Rock N Roll by Platero y Tu | | | Hay Poco Rock & Roll is an easy song. How easy, you ask? I can't pass My Sharona on expert, and had no issues with this song. There is an extremely redeeming quality, though. HPR&R is an awesome song. If you can have fun playing easy beats on a cool song, then I highly recommend HPR&R. If you need something more complex to have fun, then it's probably not for you. |

I Fought the Law by The Clash | | | The vocals on I Fought the Law are definitely fun, but they are also most definitely frustrating. I'm no slouch on hard vocals (I've FCed quite a few final tier songs), but I can't even begin to keep a combo here. The pitches change in a fairly awkward fashion, and the words are short, meaning that if you are not on pitch right away, you're not getting any credit.
If you like the song, you'll have fun singing it, but the chart will eventually keep you from coming back. |

Dr. Feelgood by Motley Crue | | | Dr. Feelgood is simply great on vocals. The total badassary of the song, combined with its general simplicity creates the perfect storm of fun. There one section of the song that I would describe as "somewhat tricky," though. Towards the end of the song, the chart the backup singers calling out "Dr. Feelgood." It's not as hard of a transition as other songs that change vocalists (e.g. Spoonman), but it can give you a little trouble if you're not expecting it (and why would you considering that the backup singers are there, uncharted, throughout most of the song). |

We Care a Lot by Faith No More | | | This is, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating songs on guitar that is currently available. It tricks you into thinking that it's a cakewalk, and then throws fairly tricky G-B-O progressions at you. If those don't break your combo, then the trills will. I would really only recommend We Care A Lot to those who really like the song. |

Holiday In Cambodia by Dead Kennedys | | | Holiday in Cambodia's difficulty fits somewhere between very tricky and hard, depending upon your skill set. The entire song is alt-strummed at a manageable pace, outside of the solo, which features an insanely fast streak of notes. The song also features strummed trills (like those found on Chop Suey's bass chart). It's not all that difficult to pass, but a great score will be tough for most people. |

Sprode by Freezepop | | | I'm usually not one for singing songs with female vocalists, but Sprode is incredibly fun to sing. Don't get me wrong, it is a bit repetative, but it doesn't really detract from the fun factor too much. This is a great song to add to your library, if for nothing besides embarassing friends. |
